Seattle Indies returns to Geek Fest West 2025
Seattle Indies will be making our return to Geek Fest West July 18-20 at the Angel of the Winds Arena! This year we will have our own dedicated space with room for 20 tables (up from 8 last year). The added space means some added cost so there will be a fee of $150/table that you are able to split with another team if you don’t mind sharing a standard 8′ table for the weekend.
Typically they charge $479/booth but we were able to get a discounted rate for you all as a nonprofit. Last year they saw close to 8,300 attendees over the three days and this year they have expanded to take over the entire arena and expect over 10,000 attendees.
Applications are open through the end of the day June 1, 2025.

GeekFest West – Game Expo – 2025 is the ultimate Geek Festival, with both indoor and outdoor venues. For the pop-culturally inclined, it is a geek festival spread across the Everett downtown area, from the Historic Everett Theatre, Hewitt Avenue, down to the Angel Of The Winds Arena.
With over 80,000 sq. feet secured for this event, Geekfest West 2025 will have three themed days for everyone to attend, which will allow everyone to enjoy the festival with a different experience each day.
